House of Delegates adopts to allow due process for correcting military records of veterans

The House of Delegates adopts resolution 120, to allow due process for correcting military records of tens of thousands of veterans with dishonorable discharges. The resolution recommends improving processes by which military records and discharge petitions are reviewed and corrected, during the 2017 Annual Meeting session on Aug. 14 in New York.
