ABA sections release comments on guidelines on trade association pricing

WASHINGTON, June 12, 2017 — The American Bar Association Section of Antitrust Law and Section of International Law have submitted joint comments to the National Development & Reform Commission on the Guidelines on Trade Association Pricing.

These views are presented only on behalf of the sections. They have not been approved by the ABA House of Delegates or Board of Governors and should not be construed as representing the policy of the American Bar Association.

The  comments, dated May 11, 2017, are available for review online in Chinese and English.
