ABA comments on South Africa consultation on gun-jumping issues in merger control

WASHINGTON, May 25, 2017 — The American Bar Association Section of Antitrust Law and Section of International Law have submitted joint comments on the South African Competition Commission Public Consultation on Gun-Jumping Issues in Merger Control.

These views are presented only on behalf of the sections. They have not been approved by the ABA House of Delegates or Board of Governors and should not be construed as representing the policy of the American Bar Association.
