LAW DAY WAS CONCEIVED BY THE AMERICAN BAR ASSOCIATION DURING THE COLD WAR… MASSIVE DISPLAYS OF COMMUNIST MILITARY POWER ON MAY DAY…AND TO DEMONSTRATE THAT TRUE STRENGTH COMES FROM THE RULE OF LAW – NOT TANKS AND TROOPS.
