ABA sections comment on German guidelines on vertical price fixing in the food service sector

WASHINGTON, March 14, 2017 — The American Bar Association Sections of Antitrust Law and International Law have released joint comments on the German Federal Cartel Office's Guidance Note on the Prohibition of Vertical Price Fixing in the Brick-and-Mortar Food Retail Sector.” 

These views are presented only on behalf of the sections. They have not been approved by the ABA House of Delegates or Board of Governors and should not be construed as representing the policy of the American Bar Association.
