ABA responds to Congressman Goodlatte’s letter on attorney advertising

WASHINGTON, March 24, 2017 — American Bar Association President Linda A. Klein sent a letter Friday to respond to a March 7, 2017 letter from House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.) regarding attorney advertising related to lawsuits about pharmaceuticals.
