ABA sections comment on Brazil’s CADE draft proposals on Civil Aspects of Antitrust Damage Actions

WASHINGTON, Feb. 1, 2017 — The American Bar Association Sections of Antitrust Law and International Law have released comments on CADE’s Draft Resolution on Access to Documents and Legislative Proposals on Civil Aspects of Antitrust Damage Actions (in English and Portuguese).

These views are presented only on behalf of the sections. They have not been approved by the ABA House of Delegates or Board of Governors and should not be construed as representing the policy of the American Bar Association.
