Midyear Meeting 2016: ABA adopts Resolution 109 on Uniform Bar Examination

ABA delegates debate Resolution 109, which urges bar admission authorities in each state and territory to adopt the Uniform Bar Examination in their respective jurisdictions.  Proponents argue that doing so will result in a more efficient and less costly exam process and a “portable score” for recent law graduates who are already saddled with significant debt.
