ABA practice tool presented to lawyers on supported decision-making

Nina A. Kohn, law professor and associate dean for research at the Syracuse University College of Law, gives a nine-step (with checklist) ABA practice tool for lawyers to have the option to choose the alternative to guardianship and support the decision-making of individuals.

Kohn spoke at the National Aging and Law Conference on Oct. 30 in Arlington, Va. The event was sponsored in part by the ABA Commission on Law and Aging.
