Siemens Compliance Counsel Will Discuss International Internal Investigations at ABA Conference in Frankfurt

WASHINGTON, D.C., Nov. 29, 2012 — Klaus Moosmayer, chief counsel of compliance at Siemens AG, will address the globalization of international internal investigations during a luncheon panel at a conference hosted by the American Bar Association Section of Criminal Justice, Dec. 7, 8:30 a.m. – 6 p.m., at the Westin Grand Frankfurt.

Legal experts from around the world will discuss trends in transnational internal investigations; selecting appropriate investigators and investigatory models; best practices for collecting, reviewing and transferring documents internationally; and strategies and concerns during disclosure and settlement.
