    With your new digital membership cards, your membership information is just a tap away, through the digital card platform Cuseum. The digital membership card is accessible from your mobile devices and provides quick links to your membership benefits. This digital membership card replaces your printed card.

    Your digital membership card will be delivered via email, but if you missed it and need to obtain a new link for your digital membership card, please email us to submit the request. If you wish to receive a printed card instead, please request a printed card here. Printed cards arrive approximately six to seven weeks after the request is received.

    What are digital membership cards?

    Digital cards are a convenient, alternative to traditional plastic cards that must be reprinted and mailed annually. Digital cards can be downloaded to your mobile device's “wallet” for fast and convenient access to your membership details.

    How do I add the digital membership card to my mobile device?

    For iPhone (iOS version 8 and above) users:  Open the download instructions email from your smartphone and click the “Download” button. Then click “Add to Wallet” and “Add.” The card will automatically save in your iPhone’s Apple Wallet and can be accessed at any time

    For Android users: Android users should download Wallet Passes from Google Play. Once the app is installed, access the membership email from your smartphone and click “Download.” Your digital membership card will automatically save to your Wallet Passes app, which can be accessed at any time. 

    Will my digital membership card work on all devices and platforms?

    Yes! Your digital membership card is designed to work seamlessly on your mobile devices, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers on Android or iOS version 8 and above. 

    I’m a new member. When will I receive my digital membership card?

    After your membership is processed, within a week you will receive an email with instructions to download and access your new digital membership card.

    Will my digital membership card update when I renew my membership?

    Yes, your digital membership card will automatically update when your membership information changes, so you only need to download your card once! Please note that if you renew early, your new expiration date will refresh after your current membership ends.

    Can I get a printed plastic card instead of a digital membership card?

    Digital membership card replaces your printed card. However, if you wish to receive a printed card instead, please request a printed card here. Printed cards arrive approximately six to seven weeks after the request is received. Member cards can only be mailed to US addresses.

    How do I update the information on my digital membership card if it’s incorrect?

    To update your digital membership card information, log in to your account on the ABA website and make any necessary changes. Your digital membership card will automatically update with the new information. 

    Can I access my member benefits information with my digital membership card?

    Yes, you can access your top trending benefits from the back of your digital membership card by clicking on the link to the Member Benefits Hub.

    I missed the first email and need a new link for downloading my digital membership card. What should I do?
