Failing with Grace: Choosing Resiliency

Often we fear failure. When we experience adversity, we internalize the negative and allow it to permeate through our professional and personal lives. However, we rarely acknowledge the freedom in failure. While inevitable, the temporary nature of failing can produce long-lasting and invaluable experiences that place us on the path to enrichment and success.

This program will challenge attendees to reframe their tolerance for failure. Speakers will address the psychology of failure and resiliency. Attendees will leave with an understanding of the steadfast spirit, the significance of turning mistakes into stepping stones, and feel empowered to embrace failure and choose resiliency.
