The ABA Solo, Small Firm and General Practice Division
The division is the national voice for solo, small firm and general practice lawyers, providing a welcoming, diverse, and inclusive ABA home, offering a portal to the full resources of the ABA for solo, small firm and general practice lawyers, including military lawyers, and ensuring a platform of programs and collaborations that support and advance members in their practice and in improving the legal profession. As a diverse organization, division members work in an array of substantive law areas, and in a wide variety of general practice, solo and small firm practice settings. Included in the division membership are lawyers who practice in private practice, military, in-house, or government settings.

The Solo, Small Firm and General Practice Division's flagship publication, GPSolo, is devoted to themes of critical importance to solo and small firm practice. Each issue contains articles exploring a particular topic of interest to solos, small firms, and general practitioners, as well as articles related to technology and practice management. And to keep readers up to date, each issue contains five Best of ABA Sections digests, reprinting the top articles published by other ABA entities that will be of the greatest interest to readers.
