I recently attended a breakfast meeting with Tony Vespa, the founder of Vespa Group, and several other executives at a meeting for a non-profit board on which we serve. He related an experience in which he overheard an attorney’s assistant ask for the attorney’s password for the IT helpdesk. Our conversation then transitioned to a general discussion about our experiences with and impressions of law firms and legal professionals regarding the protection of both their firm’s and their clients’ information.
