The Multijurisdictional Dangers of Always Being Connected

While our spouses and significant others (and sometimes our insignificant others) may not think it’s so great, today, wherever we are, it’s as if we’re at the office. We’re readily reachable by text, smartphone, tablet, or laptop. We’re accessible by social media. So, what could be wrong with that? Let’s just take two examples and look at the potential consequences.
