This year has proven to be a year full of unprecedented changes. It continues to be marked by the COVID-19 global pandemic and the effect on our nation’s collapsing economy. Earlier this spring, we found some economic relief when Congress passed the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act, which included stimulus payments, as well as small business assistance. The CARES Act also offered relief to millions of federal student loan borrowers
