Vishesh Narayen is Of Counsel in Greenberg Traurig’s Intellectual Property Litigation practice. He graduated cum laude from the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law and has an undergraduate degree in computer engineering from the University of Illinois.
Vishesh’s broad practice includes intellectual property litigation, with an emphasis on patent litigation, as well as data privacy and cybersecurity litigation, and trade secret and licensing disputes. He is committed to practicality and professionalism and is described by his colleagues and clients as a lawyer who assesses the forest, trees, branches, leaves, and acorns.
Vishesh clerked for two years for the Hon. Ruben Castillo (ret.) in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He is actively involved in the Ferguson-White American Inn of Court and dedicated to the community through mentoring for Big Brothers Big Sisters School-to-Work program for high school students interested in a legal career.
He publishes actively on intellectual property topics and speaks to organizations, including the Association of Corporate Counsel.
In his spare time, Vishesh enjoys time with family, reading history, and tinkering.
