Victoria is an associate in the San Francisco office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP. She is an experienced first-chair trial attorney who represents clients in high-stakes and complex litigation including class action, unfair competition, and intellectual property matters. As lead appellate counsel, Victoria regularly represents clients in writs and appeals in the California and Ninth Circuit Courts of Appeals.
Victoria previously served for four years a Deputy City Attorney in the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office, where she prosecuted statewide consumer protection lawsuits. Her cases garnered national headlines and resulted in tens of millions of dollars in civil penalties and statewide injunctive relief.
In addition to practicing law, Victoria serves as a Board Director of the YWCA Golden Gate - Silicon Valley and the San Francisco Opera Guild. She is a Carnegie New Leader at the Carnegie Council, a 2018 U.S.-Spain Council Young Leader, and a 2018-2019 Leadership San Francisco graduate.
Victoria graduated from Yale Law School and UCLA, and clerked for judges on the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
