Katie is a partner in Hausfeld’s Philadelphia office. Her practice focuses on pursuing justice for plaintiffs in antitrust, consumer protection, civil and human rights, and environmental litigation.
Katie has represented a diverse array of clients, including cancer patients fighting for access to affordable treatment, municipalities seeking remedies to protect the health and well-being of their residents, and victims of data security breaches. Katie also maintains a robust pro bono practice, including representing participants in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Supervision to Aid Reentry Program in civil legal matters, serving as counsel for victims of childhood sexual abuse by Pennsylvania clergy, investigating claims of discrimination on behalf of individuals, and climate change impact litigation.
Prior to joining Hausfeld, Katie clerked for the Honorable Gerald A. McHugh in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She is an active member of the ABA, currently serving as Vice Chair of the ABA Antitrust Section Legislation Committee, and a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation. Katie is a graduate of American University and the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
