William H. Ng
William is a shareholder with international labor and employment law firm, Littler Mendelson, P.C. William’s practice focuses on defending companies in wage and hour class/collective actions, employment discrimination matters and governmental investigations/audits. William works with companies of all sizes in the hospitality, financial services, health care, retail, real estate, and transportation industries. At Littler, William has served in firm leadership roles through his work with the Associates Council, Disaster Hardship Committee, ‘Ohana Affinity Group, and Career Advocacy Program (CAP).
Active in the community, William has served as an officer, director and committee chair of the Asian American Bar Association of New York (AABANY) and the Sonia and Celina Sotomayor Judicial Internship Program. He also regularly works with bar associations, trade associations, alumni groups, and non-profit organizations on legal seminars and mentoring programs. William serves as pro bono counsel to charter schools and an immigrant social services organization.
