Natalie A. Bennett
Natalie is a trial lawyer who focuses on intellectual property disputes, including patent infringement and trade secret litigation. Natalie has litigated seven high-stakes IP trials through final judgment, including the first verdict obtained under the federal Defend Trade Secrets Act of 2016. She has also handled oral arguments before the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Previously she served as a law clerk in the Eastern District of Texas for the Honorable John Love and at the Federal Circuit for the Honorable Jimmie V. Reyna.
Natalie is an advocate for the creation of increased courtroom opportunities for junior litigators. She serves on the ChIPs Next Gen Committee and has led several panel discussions on this topic through the Federal Circuit Bar Association. Natalie mentors interns through the American Bar Association Judicial Internship Opportunity Program and is a frequent advocate for veterans and children with disabilities.
