Lara Bueso Bach
Lara Bach is a member of the Complex Commercial Litigation practice at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, where she focuses on products liability class actions, alter ego and fraudulent conveyance litigation, and disputes arising out of restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings. Lara maintains an active pro bono practice, representing victims of human trafficking in clearing their criminal records.
Lara is also an active member of the community, where she most recently served as the President of the Miami-Dade chapter of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers and currently serves as the President of the MDFAWL Foundation, a 501(c)(3) that provides scholarships to law students demonstrating academic merit, financial need, and a commitment to social justice. She is also an elected representative on the Florida Bar Board of Governors Young Lawyers Division. Finally, Lara is a proud graduate of the University of Michigan Law School and the mother of two girls.
