Kristine is a Senior Managing Associate in Dentons’ Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice. She has experience in a wide variety of commercial disputes, including class actions, business torts, media law, and insurance matters. Kristine has helped address major insurance class action litigation issues throughout the country.
Through her pro-bono work, she has obtained a reduced sentence for a juvenile unconstitutionally sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole; she assisted in persuading the Seventh Circuit to reject a state’s effort to instate a law contrary to the practice of emergency medicine; and she obtained asylum on behalf of a transgender woman from Mexico.
Kristine co-chairs of the National Immigrant Justice Center Junior Leadership Board and is an Associate Board Member of the Greater Chicago Food Depository. She is also an active member of the Joint Action Committee for Political Affairs, and the Streeterville Organization of Active Residents.
