Bailey Schiermeyer, JD, is a member attorney at Elder Law of East Tennessee, a Life Care Planning Law Firm. She assists elders and individuals with disabilities with planning for the legal and financial challenges of aging and long-term care.
Bailey earned her Juris Doctorate degree from the Regent University School of Law in 2014. She is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association Elder Law Section, the Life Care Planning Law Firms Association, and the Knoxville Bar Association. Bailey is also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law of Attorney and is the President of the Tennessee State Chapter.
Bailey provides continuing education courses for Attorneys, Financial Professionals, and Social Services Professionals on topics related to elder law including: Ethics, Elder Abuse, Medicaid Planning, Veterans Benefits Planning, Asset Protection, and Incapacity-related Crisis Management.
