Natalie C. Chan litigates on a broad array of employment and labor matters, including employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and restrictive covenant issues. She also regularly counsels employers on various workplace issues and advises on employment- and labor-related issues arising in corporate transactions. As an associate at Sidley Austin LLP, Natalie has maintained a robust pro bono practice and is actively involved in recruiting and mentoring diverse law students and attorneys. She is passionate about enhancing diversity and inclusion in the legal profession and improving workplace culture.Natalie is also committed to the community, serving as a leader of the Asian American Bar Association of Greater Chicago and Chicago Bar Association Young Lawyers Section, and volunteering with other organizations. She earned her J.D., Order of the Coif and magna cum laude, from Washington University School of Law, and her B.S. in Journalism, magna cum laude, from Northwestern University.
