Megan Browdie is a senior associate in Cooley’s antitrust practice group. She solves clients’ antitrust issues, focusing on guiding transactions through merger review and representing clients in government investigations before the DOJ, FTC and state antitrust authorities. Megan works with companies in a number of industries, including automotive, biotechnology, consumer goods, computer hardware, internet of things, pharmaceuticals and medical devices, software and telecommunications. Megan maintains a vibrant pro bono practice, working with families and caregivers in the Washington, DC, area. She has successfully secured safe homes for vulnerable children and special education rights for elementary-aged students. Megan received Cooley’s 2017 Pro Bono Award and is a member of the DC office pro bono committee. She is an active member of the American Bar Association’s Section of Antitrust Law and currently serves as a vice chair on the Federal Civil Enforcement Committee.
