Kristen Rodriguez is a Partner in Dentons' Litigation and Dispute resolution practice. She handles various complex commercial and class action litigation cases at the trial court and appellate levels, leading discovery, briefing, and strategy in large-scale litigation. She provides counsel to clients regarding contracts, torts, advertising, media law, privacy and insurance. In her media defense and First Amendment law practice, she has assisted publishers and broadcasters in matters involving defamation, invasion of privacy, media access, reporter’s privilege and freedom of information laws.
As chair of Dentons' Latino Professional Network, Kristen promotes diversity awareness throughout the Firm, developing educational initiatives that extend to attorneys and clients alike. Her foundation and success in these initiatives stem from her involvement in programs such as the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Fellows. In 2017, Kristen was recognized by Crain's Chicago Business in its edition of "Most Influential Minority Lawyers in Chicago."
