Alexia Korberg

Alexia Korberg practices complex commercial and constitutional litigation at both the trial and appellate levels, and in arbitration and internal investigations.  She represents clients across a range of industries, including investment management, banking, insurance, technology, and biomedicine.  Alexia began her career in private equity and she regularly leverages that knowledge and experience to advocate on her clients’ behalf. Alexia has an active pro bono practice.

She was part of legal teams that successfully litigated United States v. Windsor, which resulted in federal recognition of same-sex marriage, and multiple cases in Mississippi that invalidated the state’s bans on gay marriage and adoption.  She and colleagues are currently challenging Mississippi’s unconstitutional abortion regime. Alexia’s work has been featured in The New York Times, The Washington Post, Slate, and elsewhere, and she regularly travels and speaks about her cases and creative advocacy.  Alexia graduated from Yale Law School and Columbia University.
