About the Program

If you are a young lawyer interested in military law, whether a civilian or JAG, this teleconference will provide you with practical advice from experienced attorneys and JAG’s on topics as follows:

  • Assisting families of service members
  • Locating the most helpful military law resources
  • Protecting the interests and rights of service members here and abroad

Half of this teleconference will cover military family support issues and half will cover the Service Members Civil Relief Act of 2003 (SCRA), as it relates to family law.
