Diversity and Inclusion

The ABA YLD promotes full and equal participation in the Division for a membership inclusive of lawyers of varying gender, national origin, racial and ethnic backgrounds, sexual orientation and gender identity, and of lawyers with disabilities. We recognize that our strength and success is due, in large part, to the diversity that our membership and leadership brings and we are continually recognized as the most diverse entity within the ABA.

About

We are committed to continuing to increase the diversity of our membership, expanding the diversity of our leadership and to assuring that the legal profession reflects the society it serves.  This commitment is outlined in the Division’s Diversity Plan and carried out via Division events, programs and resources.
