Azuka leverages his background in engineering and extensive litigation experience to help some of the country’s leading innovators and Fortune 500 companies protect their intellectual property.
He focuses his practice on patent infringement litigation, patent prosecution, opinion counseling, IPRs, and other intellectual property matters. His clients include a popular footwear and fitness apparel brand, a telecommunications conglomerate, and a leading manufacturer of outdoor lifestyle products, among others.
Beyond his robust practice, Azuka is a leader at Banner Witcoff, where he chairs the firm’s Diversity Committee. He also serves as liaison to the American Bar Association Commission on Racial and Ethnic Diversity in the Profession and as vice chair of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee for the ABA Section of Intellectual Property Law.
Azuka also gives back the community. He is a mentor for disadvantaged youth and serves as an executive speaker at the Year-Up Chicago, and also mentors law students.
