    Early Career Strategy Director

    Yadira “Yadi” Martinez oversees the operations, governance and activities of both the Young Lawyers Division and Law Student Division within the organization, managing staff, manages YLD and LSD budget, developing programs and policies, and ensuring alignment with the ABA's overall mission and goals.

    Director, Operations and Meetings

    Donna oversees all planning of YLD and LSD in-person events, oversees day-to-day business operations relating to meetings, oversees sponsorship development and all aspects of the Law Student Competitions.

    Committee Specialist

    Renee provides support for LSD/YLD Committees and Liaisons; oversees LSD/YLD's Diversity initiatives and awards, the Leadership Academy program, YLD/FEMA Disaster Legal Services, which include the Standing Committee on Disaster Response and Preparedness and our YLD Public Service Projects.

    Program Specialist

    Pascal supports governance of YLD/LSD. He manages all YLD/LSD Awards (Awards of Achievement, On the Rise – Top 40, Outstanding Young Military Lawyer Awards), YLD affiliates and YLD National Representative activities. Along with Assembly meeting assistance.

    Lydia assists with governance of YLD/LSD. She helps facilitate the leadership appointment process, assists with YLD and LSD council correspondence, manages listservs, as well as supports meetings and assemblies.
