Raymond serves as a Lead Deputy City Attorney with the Trial Team of the San Francisco City Attorney's Office. In June, he will be joining the Office of General Counsel of the State Bar of California, where he will provide general legal advice and represent the State Bar in civil litigation. Raymond is the Immediate Past President of the Filipino Bar Association of Northern California and served as the first LGBTQ+ president in its 44 year history. Raymond is a past recipient of the National LGBTQ+ Bar Association's Best Under 40 Award. As a queer Filipino immigrant, Raymond is passionate about principled advocacy, intersectional solidarity, and coalition building.
