Kevin Elliker is a litigator in Hunton Andrews Kurth’s Richmond office who uses his experience as a federal prosecutor and an investigative counsel for the January 6th Select Committee to help clients in complex trials, appeals, and investigations. He has won criminal and civil jury trials, argued before the Fourth Circuit, prepared briefs at the Supreme Court, and represented clients in civil, criminal, and congressional investigations. Kevin earned undergraduate and master’s degrees from James Madison University and was a teacher before attending William & Mary Law School. After graduating first in his class, he clerked for Judge John A. Gibney, Jr., in the Eastern District of Virginia and Judge Robert B. King on the Fourth Circuit.
