Judy He

Judy He is a patent litigator in the Chicago office of Crowell & Moring LLP, where she represents companies in the pharmaceuticals, medical devices, agricultural technology, and electronic cigarette industries with their patent, trade secrets, and licensing disputes, from pre-suit to post-trial and appeal. In addition to her IP practice, Judy is a passionate pro bono advocate, and she assists immigrant children and families with SIJS and asylum cases. In 2021, Judy received the NIJC Rising Star Award, and Judy was recognized twice by the ABA Standing Committee on Pro Bono and Public Service as a Pro Bono Leader for her contributions in 2020 and 2021 to the ABA's Free Legal Answers project.
