Joseph Casey

Joe Casey is a trial lawyer at Harding Law Offices in Des Moines, Iowa.   Joe represents civil plaintiffs – individuals and businesses – on contingency in a variety of civil matters, including commercial and financial litigation, products liability, and professional negligence.   A native of the southwest and an alumnus of Phoenix litigation boutique Beus Gilbert McGroder (now Beus O’Connor McGroder), Joe holds degrees from Drake University Law School and Baylor University. Prior to his admission to the bar, Joe worked for a trial court judge, a state supreme court justice, and served as a licensed student attorney and law clerk in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Iowa.
