Jacek is a registered patent attorney and a partner at Polsinelli. He serves as a strategic and technical advisor to entrepreneurs, inventors, and in-house counsel across industries, specializing in helping startups scale their innovation pipelines. Jacek is a UC Berkeley engineer with hands-on experience developing self-driving cars for the U.S. Dept. of Defense’s DARPA Grand Challenge. He has written and prosecuted hundreds of issued patents and advised clients on IP portfolio strategy, standard essential patents, freedom to operate, infringement, and licensing. Jacek has expertise in fields such as AI, ML, robotics, aerospace, augmented reality, 5G networks, optics, video coding, biosensors, medical devices, cryptography, and energy.
