Dave Marshall

Dave Marshall is an associate at Paul, Weiss. He advises companies and boards on corporate governance, disclosure and compliance matters, and has led a large number of transformative capital markets transactions for clients globally. Dave co-led the Paul, Weiss team heading a court-established steering committee in the ACLU’s class action to reverse the Trump Administration’s “zero tolerance” immigration policy. His pro bono practice also includes advising women- and minority-owned businesses, transgender individuals with name changes, individuals in various immigration matters, and nonprofit boards supporting education and LGBTQIA+ youth. Dave volunteers actively in his community and previously served as a reservist in the Canadian Army.
