Ms. Cieslak's practice focuses on all aspects of labor & employment and civil rights litigation. Ms. Cieslak also provides advice to employers regarding compliance with labor & employment laws, and she regularly conducts independent workplace and Title IX investigations. Ms. Cieslak serves as the young lawyer delegate for the State of Connecticut to the American Bar Association House of Delegates. She also serves the Connecticut Bar Association in various leadership positions. Ms. Cieslak holds a Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, in Political Science from the Pennsylvania State University, with minors in Spanish and Women's Studies. Ms. Cieslak received her Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut School of Law.
