Brittanie is a litigator focusing on complex commercial cases. She represents insurers in coverage litigation seeking declaratory judgment and alleging bad faith and breach of contract. Brittanie has served as appellate counsel at the state and federal levels. She also advises insurance carriers on coverage issues nationally. Brittanie served as the 2023-2024 Young Lawyers Division President of the State Bar of Georgia. Earlier, Brittanie worked as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Georgia where she advocated for state agencies in evidentiary hearings before administrative law judges. She was selected for the 40 Under 40 Class of 2024 by Georgia State University Alumni Association.
