Brandi Pikes is the States Counsel for President Biden’s Campaign. Prior to serving as States Counsel, Brandi worked as a Complex Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney at Winston & Strawn LLP in Texas. She previously served as a federal judicial law clerk in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas for the Honorable Vanessa D. Gilmore. Prior to her clerkship, Brandi practiced education and employment law at a mid-size law firm in Ohio and is a former teacher. She is the ABA YLD Pro Bono and Public Service Director. Brandi enjoys organizing federal law clerk pipeline and road to the bench programs. In her spare time, she explores new restaurants and leads a connect at her church. She is a native of St. Louis, MO.
