Alla Digilova

Alla Digilova is a partner at Haynes and Boone, LLP, in its Capital Markets and Securities Practice Group. Alla advises issuers, underwriters, and institutional investors in public and private securities transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, ATMs, PIPEs, up-listings, reverse mergers and other transactions across a wide range of sizes and levels of complexity. She regularly counsels issuers on general corporate and securities law matters. Alla serves on the FSU Board of UJA Federation of New York and on the Board of Harvard Law School Association of New York City. She holds a juris doctor from Harvard Law School and bachelor of arts degrees, summa cum laude, in biology and economics from Yeshiva University.
