Priscilla Arthus is a finance partner in Polsinelli’s Houston office. She represents lenders, sponsors, and borrowers in structuring, negotiating, and documenting a wide range of debt financing transactions across the energy, real estate, retail, and healthcare industries. She also advises clients on general corporate and trust and estate matters. Prior to her legal career, she worked at Deloitte & Touche as a CPA. Priscilla is dedicated to pro bono service and has represented domestic violence victims and unaccompanied immigrant children. She also mentors women who are ready to enter the work force and attain long-term career success while sustaining their families as part of several Dress for Success initiatives.
