Keith J. Naccari is a founding member and Co-Managing Partner of Sternberg, Naccari & White LLC where he leads the firm’s corporate and transactions group. His primary practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions, tax law, and business counsel. Keith has served as an adjunct professor at Loyola University New Orleans College of Law where he will join the faculty as a professor of practice while maintaining his role at SNW. Keith has received professional recognition as a New Orleans Magazine and Louisiana Life Magazine “Top Lawyer”, LSBA Young Lawyers Division – Outstanding Young Lawyer Award – Finalist, LSBA Young Lawyers Division Top 40 Under 40, NACVA 40 Under 40, Junior Achievement Rising Star, and CityBusiness Money Makers.
