Claire is an attorney at Gates Eisenhart Dawson, where she counsels clients in Silicon Valley and throughout California. Her practice includes employment, business, and trust litigation in both federal and California state courts. Claire serves on the Board of Governors for California Women Lawyers. She is also actively involved in the Santa Clara County Bar Association ("SCCBA"), serving as an elected Trustee, co-Chair of the SCCBA Women Lawyers Section, and Chair of the SCCBA Barristers Section’s Board of Directors. She is also a volunteer attorney at Elevate Community Center. For the last three years, Claire was named a Super Lawyer’s Rising Star in Civil Litigation and ranked as one of the Top Women Attorneys in Northern California.
