Zalman Rothschild

Zalman Rothschild practices complex litigation at both the trial and appellate levels, and maintains an active pro bono practice. He was part of an appellate team that successfully secured a unanimous decision from the U.S. Supreme Court in a complex administrative issue exhaustion case. He successfully briefed and argued a Fourth Amendment appeal in the Maryland Court of Special Appeals, securing the reversal of his client’s convictions. Zalman also teaches a course on the First Amendment at New York University School of Law, where he serves as a mentor to the First Generation Professionals student group. Zalman earned a Ph.D. from New York University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
