Victoria Alvarez is a business litigation associate in Troutman Pepper’s Charlotte, NC, office. She represents real estate developers, manufacturers, public utilities, and companies of all sizes in complex commercial disputes. Appearing before state and federal courts, municipalities, and public commissions, her practice is not only domestic, but also extends to international arbitral bodies. Within the ABA, Victoria serves as a commissioner for the Commission on Women in the Profession and is a leader in the Tort, Trial & Insurance Practice Section. She also mentors law students and associates, serves as vice-chair for the firm’s Latino Caucus, and has been named to the NC Pro Bono Honor Society.
