Sasha Belinkie is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Executive Compensation and Benefits group. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, spinoffs, divestitures and other corporate transactions. She also regularly advises companies on governance matters, securities laws and disclosure, and assists companies and executives on employment, severance, retention, incentive, equity and other compensation arrangements. Ms. Belinkie is Co-Chair of the New York City Bar Association subcommittee on Executive Compensation and Nonqualified Deferred Compensation. Ms. Belinkie also serves on the board of ESI, the Líderes Board of LatinoJustice PRLDEF and the executive board of Cornell Law School’s Latino Lawyers of Cornell Alumni Association.
