Michael Vargas is a partner at Rimon, P.C. in Silicon Valley, California. Michael’s practice focuses on corporate law, corporate finance, corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, and employment law. Michael represents clients in a variety of industries including high tech, software, mobile applications, artificial intelligence, banking, and cannabis. Michael also teaches business and employment law courses at Santa Clara University School of Law and McGeorge School of Law. Michael also serves on the boards of both the Sacramento County Bar Association and SacLegal (the Sacramento County LGBTQ+ Bar Association), and is currently the Chair of LGBTQ2+ involvement in the ABA's Business Law Section.
