Latosha regularly advises and represents clients on all major forms of insurance, including cyber and management liability. From policy renewal to the claims process to representing clients in litigation or alternative dispute resolution of coverage disputes, Latosha delivers comprehensive end-to-end counsel. Latosha is an accomplished author and lecturer on insurance and risk management; having presented at many seminars across the country, including for the ABA and Risk and Insurance Management Society. Latosha is co-host of the ABA Litigation Radio podcast and Treasurer for the Women’s Bar Association of DC. She also has an active pro bono practice, which includes vigorously fighting for full democracy for DC’s disenfranchised residents.
